Qatar’s exciting new lifestyle hospitality offering, Mondrian Doha, has debuted with outstanding meeting and event venues unique to Qatar.
The famed luxury hotel brand, from leading hospitality company sbe, made its Middle Eastern debut offering a variety of stylish and distinct options to cater to event planners needs, along with a cluster of venues suitable for an array of corporate and social functions.
Mondrian Doha boasts a standalone meeting floor with meeting and conference facilities, encompassing seven meeting spaces and over 500-sq-m of function and conference space catering for events from 10 to 300 guests. The multi-service venues can be configured according the needs of each event, and can cater to a range of meeting equipment requirements. Sophisticated design elements make up the meeting spaces with a full service center, wireless high-speed internet access throughout the hotel, including production, wardrobe, and make up and casting rooms to service not only entertainment events, but also large scale weddings.
The property also offers a grand and spacious wedding and multi-purpose ballroom with over 2,000-sq-m that can hold up to 1,500 guests. The Moonstone Ballroom has ornate plaster ceiling domes with crystal chandeliers and state-of-the-art technology which includes a fully functional technical room, drop down screens and projections. This majestic ballroom, offers a 24k gold private, panoramic elevator that takes the bride and groom or VIPs directly to and from the 600-sq-m most decadent VIP bridal suite in the world.
The expansive ballroom can be adapted and transformed to suit every occasion, from lavish weddings and award ceremonies to larger functions and presentations. An 188-sq-m foyer offers pre-function space, inviting guests to enter through the magnificent mahogany wood, sculpted double doors set at 3.3 meters high. Three layers of full height curtains transform the ballroom into different settings with distinct atmospheres – from champagne gold to rich red maroon or classic royal blue. Different projections are available on the curtains and for the stage in the middle of the room to further personalize the space.

Furthermore, Mondrian Doha features seven custom bars and restaurants, becoming Qatar's and the region's most luxurious lifestyle hospitality offering. The lavish property’s offering encompasses the finest food and drinks menus designed by international chefs and featuring both regional and international cuisine. The seven restaurants and bars include a partnership with Wolfgang Puck, bringing his concept CUT by Wolfgang Puck to Qatar for the first time. Japanese Chef, Masaharu Morimoto, has also introduced Morimoto Doha - the first eponymous Morimoto outpost to open in the Middle East. The property is also home to the striking Espa, the first Espa spa in the region and one of the largest spas in Qatar and the largest ESPA in the world. Encompassing a space of 1,950-sq-m, Espa is the perfect destination to host ladies Henna parties, bridal showers and birthday celebrations, with its own Spa Café located within the female spa and offering a wide selection of meals throughout the day, as well as decadent cakes and afternoon teas provided exclusively by Magnolia Bakery.
