InterContinental Bali Resort has welcomed Sebastien Wilson as its new resort manager.   
 
Wilson started his career in the hospitality industry 17 years ago. He has since spent 13 years with IHG in corporate and hotel roles across a variety of IHG brands from Holiday Inn to InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Australia, the South Pacific, and most recently the Singapore Corporate Office, where he fulfilled the position of project director, Luxury & Lifestyle.

A French-Australian national, Wilson is results-oriented with a strong service culture and people focus. He has proven his ability to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders across different organisations and levels, each with a variety of goals and objectives. He is a meticulous planner with immaculate attention to detail and a commitment to attaining high standards of achievement. Furthermore, through his experience in finance, he has developed a strong strategic and analytical ability, the hotel said in a statement.
