Radisson Blu opens in Świnoujście, Poland

Radisson Blu, the iconic hotel brand driven by innovation and design, has announced the opening of the Radisson Blu Resort, Świnoujście in Poland.

The exclusive resort, located just a few meters from the beach, is the first and only upper upscale resort in Świnoujście.

With Leed certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the Radisson Blu Resort, Świnoujście is the first five-star hotel in Poland designed and built to meet strict sustainability standards.

"Świnoujście is an excellent addition to our existing portfolio and represents Carlson Rezidor’s ambitious expansion plans in Poland,” said Yilmaz Yildirimlar, senior area vice president of The Rezidor Hotel Group’s Central and Southern European area. “We are delighted to bring our iconic hotel brand, Radisson Blu, to Świnoujście and unveil this new destination to the world travelers.”

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group currently has 14 hotels in operation or under development in Poland.

The Radisson Blu Resort, Świnoujście has 317 stylish and marine environment inspired rooms, 22 sophisticated junior suites and a contemporary, 100-sq-m presidential suite on the 12th floor. Guests can look forward to some amazing views of the Baltic Sea, the resort’s spa & wellness area, an aquapark, a fitness club with its own climbing wall, and an infinity pool on the roof of the city’s tallest building. There also is a music club, a bowling alley, plenty of parking spaces, an à la carte and buffet restaurant, a lobby bar and a 13th floor café.

The conference area for business and events covers around 1,000m2 and offers the latest technology. For events and receptions, there is a spacious 500m2 foyer area.

The owner of the hotel, Jan Wróblewski, is delighted to offer guests access to the sparkling Baltic Sea just 50 meters from the sandy beach.

The destination can be reached by train, ferry and plane (Heringsdorf Regional Airport).
