Nassima Royal Hotel offers exquisite Ramadan nights

DUBAI, May 21, 2017

Celsius Restaurant at the world-class luxury Nassima Royal Hotel in Dubai, has unveiled its exclusive Ramadan nights that will spread the spirit of togetherness through a traditional menu crafted by executive chef Hossam Abu Assi.

The menu offers guests an authentic Iftar experience that showcases a wide selection of Arabic cuisines including Emirati, Lebanese, Syrian, Egyptian and Moroccan. The extensive spread also accounts for diners looking for slim foods as there will be an entire section that features dishes addressing dietary concerns. Chef Hossam focuses on replacing high-fat dishes with fresh and light foods such as vegetables, herbs and dairy products. Ingredients including olives, thyme, tomato slices, chickpeas and beans that are free of fat and calories have been incorporated into the dishes.

Chef Hossam Abu Assi said: “Ramadan at Nassima Royal has a special charm as visitors can find serenity and tranquillity when ending their fast and eating their Iftar meal in the intimate setting of Celsius Restaurant. We look forward to welcoming our guests during the holy month of Ramadan.”

“Last year’s Iftar was met with incredibly positive feedback and was successful in its performance. We strive to come back this year with an even better experience that will impress even the most discerning diner,” added the chef.

The chef resorts the excellence of the buffet to several factors. “We only use the freshest and the highest quality ingredients for our dishes. In addition, the buffet is incomparable due to the wide assortment of options that are available to diners. It has also reached me that diners enjoy the artistic presentation of each dish as it contributes to the hotel’s luxurious aesthetics.  I must appreciate the team at Celsius who offer the best services to each and every guest.”

Chef Hossam’s restaurant's speciality is his Lamb Ouzi. Other favourites include local dishes such as kebabs, meat grills, broccoli, pine nuts, sambousek, hot and cold mezzeh, spicy chicken wings and hares, spinach and onion dumplings, and traditional Arabic sweets with dried fruits.

The Iftar buffet is priced at Dh169 ($45.9) per person inclusive soft beverages. - TradeArabia News Service
