Tranquillity Wellbeing Package will provide relaxation to your mind. A standard massage personalized to your preferences and focused around alleviating tension and clearing the mind will work wonders on elevated stress levels. ESPA’s Inner Calm programme is designed to alleviate simple anxiety’s and, introduces visualisation and mindfulness to the guest to ensure deep relaxation.
