The underwater adventures begin at KidZania

KUWAIT, April 17, 2017

The fun is back in Kuwait with KidZania’s “Kids for a Greener World” annual programme.

Starting today (April 17) until May 13, children can enjoy fun “underwater” adventures at KidZania, where they will also be educated about the aquatic ecosystems and the importance of preserving them.

Inspired by the Right to Care, one of children’s five rights guaranteed by KidZania, “Kids for a Greener World” focuses every year on different issues pertaining to the environment, to help children become more responsible towards the planet and contribute to creating a better world.

The highly-anticipated “Kids for a Greener World” kicked-off this year in partnership with EQUATE in a fun aquatic theme about the fascinating “underwater” world. Children visiting KidZania during the programme will get to immerse in a variety of water-inspired activities around the city - from finding hidden gems in an authentic shipwreck treasure hunt, to a magnificent 3D backlight adventure that is guaranteed to take them on an in-depth journey to the aquatic world.

Commenting on the launch, Fernando Medroa, vice president of Leisure and Entertainment at M.H. Alshaya, said: “KidZania’s all about educating children through entertainment while helping them get ready for a better world. With that in mind, it is our mission to create awareness on the rising environmental issues in Kuwait and around the world in order to help create a more conscious generation who care and will bring about the changes we all want to see in the world.”

At an additional cost, children visiting KidZania during “Kids for a Greener World” can also benefit from the “Underwater Pass” which will enable them to enjoy more fun activities and maximise their experience. - TradeArabia News Service
