Bahrain's Sesame Street Show a huge success

The Sesame Street show came to a close last night, after five days of exhilarating performances and over 9,700 spectators flocking in from across the kingdom and neighbouring countries.
Sesame Street, which opened to the public last Tuesday, was a remarkable success, featuring 12 performances of the all-star line-up of Sesame Street characters, including an interactive, and fun-filled educational experience, and the series’ popular songs, dances, and exciting activities.
The ‘Live-Make a New Friend Sesame Street’ event which targets the family entertainment sector, was organized by V Star Entertainment Group in the US, and was operated by London-based production company Ventricole Production, in partnership with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA). The show was one of the biggest and most spectacular concert experiences to hit live family entertainment in Bahrain.
Commenting on the success, chief executive officer of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, said: “Our vision focuses on hosting international shows and events in the Kingdom with the aim of enriching the tourism industry. We aim to provide family-friendly tourism suitable for residents and visitors from the neighboring GCC countries through various activities hosted throughout the year.” - TradeArabia News Service
