Oman Air plane tyres burst in Abu Dhabi
ABU DHABI, April 28, 2016
An Oman Air flight from Muscat to Abu Dhabi experienced two burst tyres when it arrived at the UAE capital yesterday (April 27).
The incident occurred when the aircraft, a Boeing 737–800 , landed at the airport, said an airline statement.
The Oman Air flight WY 635 carried 150 passengers and seven crew members on board. No injuries were reported in the incident and all passengers were disembarked smoothly
It said spare parts were sent to bring the aircraft back to base as swiftly as possible.
A full investigation will take place to determine the cause for the technical incident. - TradeArabia News Service
