Lausanne Tourism signs GSA deal with Dnata

DUBAI, April 27, 2016

Switzerland's Lausanne Tourism has signed a global sales agreement (GSA) with UAE-based Dnata Travel at the At the Arabian Travel Market 2016, being held in Dubai, UAE.

The Lausanne Tourism stand at the event promotes Lausanne as a tourism, leisure and business destination in the UAE.

“As the representative of Lausanne Tourism at the ATM, I am very grateful with this collaboration because this deal means more tourists will be spending their vacations in Lausanne during the year. The main purpose of this agreement is to boost Lausanne Tourism within the GCC market,” said Walter Loser, Lausanne Tourism project manager of the GCC Market.

He added that Lausanne Tourism has signed multiple agreements with regional tourism and travel companies during the ATM to promote tourism at the Swiss city.

At the ATM, Lausanne Tourism is also marketing the newly opened Hotel Royal-Savoy, the Lake Geneva region which is a tourist hub, and Charlie’s World which celebrates the life and work of comic legend Charlie Chaplin.

Additionally, the stand provides information on ‘Lausanne Estival’, the primary summer festival of Switzerland, attended by tourists from all over the world. -TradeArabia News Service
