InterContinental Jordan’s well-known Mexican restaurant, Cinco de Mayo, has welcomed Raul Martinez Ramirez as its new chef.

Having worked in many restaurants and hotels around the world, Ramirez has amassed years of experience, especially in the Mexican cuisine. He was also a chef instructor at the Anahuac Norte University in Mexico for French, Asian, and American cuisines.

Ramirez will work with the team at Cinco de Mayo to bring the authentic and unique Mexican flavour to the restaurant’s guests. – TradeArabia News Service
