AJMAN, December 7, 2015
The Ajman Palace Hotel officially marked the beginning of festivities with Laurent A. Voivenel, CEO of HMH - Hospitality Management Holdings turning on the Christmas lights at the property.
Joining him in the spectacular ceremony was the hotel's team led by general manager Ferghal Purcell who have created a magical festive programme for the season. The magnificent jewel-like tree forms the centre-piece of the hotel's lobby and is the tallest in the Northern Emirates measuring 49.2 feet high and is studded with over 9,857 sparkling micro lights and 4,618 decorations.
Addressing the gathering, Laurent, said: "It is great to be part of this wonderful tradition and share this special moment with our guests, associates and families. Christmas is a time to reach out to our family, friends and communities with the spirit of love, hope, peace and joy. It is the time for giving and sharing, so let's sing together my favourite Christmas carol 'Joy to the World' as we push the button to light up The Ajman Palace Hotel Christmas tree. I take this opportunity to thank all those who have been involved in creating this exceptional evening and the dazzling celebrations ahead."
Also on site is a larger-than-life Ginger Bread Village featuring an irresistible selection of traditional delights.
Rolling out the festive programme, Ferghal said: "We promise to take you on a journey of sensory delights wrapped in luxury this Christmas and New Year. Throughout the holiday season we have an exciting array of activities lined up at The Ajman Palace Hotel designed to keep you entertained.” – TradeArabia News Service
