Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company has appointed Benjo Vanlaarhoven as general manager for @bahrain, the first destination management company in the kingdom.

 

The company will focus on incoming holiday packages, excursion in the kingdom and MICE (meetings, incentives conferences and events), said a statement.

 

It is already the official travel partner for large events in Bahrain, it said.

 

Benjo and his team will work closely with key stakeholders in the private and public sectors to achieve @bahrain business objectives.

 

Mahmood Hashim Al Kooheji, chief executive officer, Mumtalakat, said: "We are very pleased to have appointed Benjo as general manager of @bahrain.
