Dunes by Al Nahda, a new desert resort set in the golden sands of Wadi Al Abiyad, is all set to woo guests from all over the world with its official soft launch.

A 45-minute drive from Al Nahda Resort and Spa, it is also a member of Preferred LVX, a division of Preferred Hotels& Resort. Preferred LVX’s properties showcase sophisticated hotels and resorts in coveted locations, including some of the most luxurious properties.

Dotted with well-spaced villas and suites, Dunes by Al Nahda features 50 ultra luxury tents each with full individual bathrooms, separate seating area and individually controlled air-conditioning.

The special Hot Sand treatment, a spa experience carried forward from ancient Egypt, is its signature therapy, while guests can choose to be greeted with a wellness-consultant to assist them in picking from a range of invigorating spa therapies.

It hosts a variety of extreme sports like dune bashing, quad biking, sand surfing, camel riding, bicycle riding and kite flying.  The venue has a 09 hole on-site bunker golf course, the sole of its kind in Oman.

The property also has a dedicated Children’s play area. The Fleur Restaurant and Dune Bar serves a range of culinary delights from across the globe.
