Abu Dhabi's Jannah Hotels and Resorts has appointed Hussein Rammal as the head chef for all its hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Rammal, who has worked across various properties in Europe and the Middle East, brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the culinary field.

In his new role, Rammal will supervise all those hotels as well as the new Jannah Burj Al Sarab, where he will be based.

“I am pleased to join Jannah, one of the fastest growing hotel chains in the country…this position is a good opportunity for me to oversee the food and beverage outlets in Jannah Hotels,” Rammal said.

He will focus on high food and beverage quality as well as safety and variety, to surpass the expectations of all guests.
