Jannah Burj Al Sarab to open in May
ABU DHABI, April 30, 2015
Abu Dhabi-based Jannah group plans to open its Burj Al Sarab hotel in May, its general manager Richard Haddad revealed.
Haddad, also vice president operations – Abu Dhabi, Jannah Hotels and Resorts, said work is under way to inaugurate the hotel in mid-May.
“This hotel will give a strong push to the hotel industry in the emirate given its advanced services and location in the heart of the city,” he said.
The hotel, an 18-level building in a prime location, comprises 318 rooms and suites, and many other facilities and services, including solar technology.
“We expect strong business and high occupancy rates at the hotel following the signing of a number of contracts with our partners in Europe and other countries to attract tourists and guests. Abu Dhabi is attracting a large number of visitors coming to attend conferences, exhibitions, sports, cultural and art events,” Haddad said.
Moreover, as a first-of-its-kind, the hotel would offer its mini bar services at market prices
“This is a courtesy for our guests and clients but it will not compromise the quality our services,” said Burj Al Sarab manager Lennart Maas.
The five-star hotel, overlooking the Gulf water, will also include many restaurants, cafes, spa, two sport clubs for men and women and other facilities.
Located on Mina Road, the hotel is easily accessible, and is linked to all other areas including the shopping centre, Yas and Saadiyat Islands, and Abu Dhabi airport. – TradeArabia News Service
