Danat Hotels & Resorts, a division of National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels, has announced the official opening of its 19-storey hotel apartments in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
 
The new Danat Residence Hotel Apartments comprises 186 units, including premium rooms, executive suites, one- and two-bedroom apartments and two global brand restaurants.

General manager Omar Al Droubi said this is the latest property to be managed by Danat Hotels & Resorts.

Overlooking the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the surrounding gardens, Danat Residence Hotel Apartments constitutes a new concept of hospitality in the capital, he stated.
 
It also boasts four meeting rooms and a ballroom suitable for special occasions besides underground parking spaces.
 
Director of sales and marketing Hany Shaker said the new property would provide luxury services to all guests, including leisure guests, business travellers and families from the UAE, GCC and other countries.
 
He said all rooms are equipped with large TV screens, Wi-Fi services and other facilities besides two rooms for persons with special needs. Non-smoking rooms were also available, he added.
 
To mark the launch, said Shaker, the Hotel Apartments is offering attractive discounts on rooms this month with prices starting from Dh299 ($81.3 million) plus 10 per cent service charge and six per cent tourism fee.

The offer includes buffet breakfast for two persons and 25 per cent discount on other food and beverage, he noted.
 
The Hotel Apartments can be easily accessed by guests as it is only 20 minutes from Abu Dhabi Airport, about near to downtown Abu Dhabi and Yas and Saadiyat Islands.-TradeArabia News Service
