UAE-based Jannah Hotels & Resorts has opened its new luxury residences facility at the Dubai Marina in line with its UAE expansion strategy.  

As an opening offer, Janah has launched special promotions for long-term stays in the hotel located at one of the top touristic and business hubs of Dubai.

The Jannah Place Dubai Marina has 133 fully furnished suites, equipped with first class Jannah Spa - beds that provide a perfect sleeping experience - and complimented by the fresh designs of the stylish furniture, said the company in a statement.

Hotel management will provide all requirements to those who seek renting a serviced apartment for a couple of days or even months, offering exclusive five-star Karim Services to ensure a perfect guide for their stay in Dubai, it added.

The Jannah Place Dubai Marina has fully equipped kitchens, with washing machines, a fridge, microwave, a kettle and toaster each room enjoys free high speed Wi-Fi connection.

Guests also get access to rooftop pool, sundeck, sauna and the steam room, as well as the boutique gym, said the statement.

The hotel management has set a special annula rental package for a studio apartment at Dh90,000 ($24,495) inclusive of electricity and water charges.

A company based in the Liwa desert of the UAE, Jannah haad opened its first property 'Eastern Mangroves Suites by Jannah' in September 2013. It is now gearing up to open two projects in Abu Dhabi and one in Dubai later this year.
