Swiss-Belhotel International chairman and president Gavin M Faull has signed an agreement with Al Jumaiah Group of Saudi Arabia to manage two hotels in Riyadh.

Both hotels, Swiss-Belhotel Riyadh and Swiss-Belboutique Tahlia Riyadh, are expected to start operating later next year under the brand as per the agreements.

“This agreement will expand our group further into a very promising region and we are very excited to be in the capital of the largest country in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, catering to the needs of its high end guests,” said Faull.

The four-star Swiss-Belhotel Riyadh brings an impressive 26-storey building to the capital’s new financial district. The hotel is located on the busy King Fahd Street, just one kilometre from King Abdullah Financial City district. The 126-room hotel will offer breath-taking views of the capital from each of its four corners

The hotel enjoys three food and beverage outlets, all day dining restaurants with three meeting rooms and a Banquet hall. Swimming pool, health club and games room will be accessible to all guests.

The Swiss-Belboutique Tahlia Riyadh is situated on Tahlia Street of Riyadh, which shares many similarities with some of the wealthiest areas in Saudi Arabia. This boutique hotel will offer a themed design coupled with luxury facilities in a unique setting.
