The Sea Fu resturant at Four Seasons Dubai

Four Seasons Dubai launches new culinary portfolio

DUBAI, November 23, 2014

Four Seasons Resort Dubai, a leading luxury resort at Jumeirah Beach in the UAE emirate, has launched its signature collection of restaurants and lounges. The portfolio includes five distinct destinations managed by Four Seasons.

At the helm of culinary operations is executive chef Gilles Arzur, a French native who comes to Dubai from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Beverly Hills in California, US.  Along with his team, chef Arzur is set to put the resort on the map for its innovative gastronomic offerings and experiences, which includes Suq, a vibrant, market-style international restaurant, and Sea Fu, a stylish beachside destination serving cutting edge Mediterranean and Asian-inspired dishes. Shai Salon, an elegantly appointed lounge, offers a wide variety of teas and coffees, while Hendricks Bar provides an indulgent escape for quiet moments of solitude. The Mercury Lounge sits atop the rooftop, serving up innovative cocktails and trend setting musical stylings until the early hours of the morning with panoramic vistas of Dubai’s vibrant cityscape.

“We are delighted to introduce our culinary portfolio to Dubai residents and visitors, and are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase our culinary craftsmanship and highly personalised service.  We look forward to our restaurants and lounges becoming an integral part of Dubai’s highly regarded culinary scene,” said Simon Casson, general manager. - TradeArabia News Service
