Mövenpick Hotels wins top accolade for service culture

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, an upscale international Swiss hotel chain, received the ‘Innovation in Work Culture’ award at the Daman Corporate Health Awards held in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The hotel was presented the award for its service culture programme, based on the company’s brand promise of ‘Natural Enjoyment’, which is aimed at delivering a personalised, relaxed and uncomplicated experience that makes guests happy.
The programme successfully engaged the hotel’s 16,000 employees worldwide through innovative training courses and interactive activities highlighting the need for consistency in service delivery as the inspiration for the initiative. Results were measured through guest feedback, employee surveys and mystery guest audits.
