Flynas to fly twice weekly to Aswan
Riyadh, January 28, 2014
Flynas, Saudi Arabia’s national carrier, has launched two weekly flights from Jeddah to Aswan starting from January 27, marking its sixth destination in Egypt.
Aswan will be a new destination in flynas’s expanding network, one of the key markets for the airline due to the increasing transport demand between Saudi Arabia and Egypt with the large economic ties between both countries.
“The service connecting Aswan and Jeddah is an integral part of our ambitious plan to expand our network in Egypt, and we hope to announce another major destination in Egypt in the near future to be added to our comprehensive network in this country,” Raja Azmi, CEO of flynas said.
Flynas operates to five destinations to Egypt including; Alexandria, Assiut, Sohag, Luxor and Sharm Elshiekh and now to Aswan which will provide more comfortable solutions to the Egyptian residents in Saudi Arabia by having direct flights to the southern province in Egypt.
“Our growing network to serve more countries is a vital part of flynas’s 20X20 strategy targeting 20 million passengers yearly by 2020, which includes widening the scope of its customer segmentation with providing the best aviation solutions to our guests to make travel more convenient, comfortable and affordable,” Azmi concluded. – TradeArabia News Service
