Malaysia Airlines, the national carrier of the country, is offering special air fares through its Year End Specials (YES) starting November 25 till December 2 for the travel period between January 1 and March 31, 2014.

With Economy class fares discounted up to 30 per cent off current market fares and Business class fares are discounted up to 25 per cent, the offers cover travel from Dubai to various Malaysia Airlines’ destinations in South East Asia, North Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Australia, North America and Europe.

Azahar Hamid, regional senior vice president, South Asia & Middle East, Malaysia Airlines said, “This is our first YES special for Dubai since reinstating the route between DXB-KL-DXB. We hope Malaysian citizens and Dubai residents take full advantage of these excellent prices and book their travel for 2014 immediately. Malaysia is a beautiful country with much to offer to visitors of all age groups.”

Customers who grab this offer now will only have to pay a fare starting from Dh1,865 ($507) for a return economy class ticket to Kuala Lumpur from Dubai, he added.

Tourism in South East Asia has greatly expanded over the last few years and has quickly become a holiday favourite for the UAE. Starting from Dh 2,145, customers can book an all-in return Economy class seat from Dubai to Jakarta, Hamid noted. – TradeArabia News Service
