Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has launches its Pure Sky Lounge on the 35th floor offering panoramic views of the Dubai coastline as well as a delicious menu and signature drinks list.

With two expansive terraces offering views of the spectacular Palm Jumeirah, and sunsets over the Arabian Gulf, Pure Sky Lounge is an idyllic setting to enjoy twilight dining and custom blended drinks, a statement from the hotel said.

The lounge will also feature an open air BBQ with a menu devised by Chef Matiyas Ayala.

“Seafood inspired, with vegetarian options, the menu is a fresh complement to Pure Sky Lounge’s bright surroundings. Set above The Walk, Pure Sky Lounge is an elegant sea-facing retreat where guests can enjoy our newly designed menu,” said Ayala.

Food and drink promotions are on offer throughout the weekend and guests are invited to enjoy a daily happy hour to Pure Sounds from 5pm till 7pm. Ladies can relax mid-week with two free drinks every Tuesday and "buy one, get one free" on selected beverages, the statement said.

Starting from September 6, guests may enjoy a lavish sunset brunch, while sampling starters, meats from the grill and desserts with selected house-pouring beverages.

The Pure Sky Lounge also features a resident DJ in the early evening, while DJ Lewis introduces an expansive list of commercial tracks later in the night.

Located in Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, Pure Sky Lounge is open from 5pm to 2am daily, according to the statement. – TradeArabia News Service
