Tourism Malaysia launches Jordan campaign

Tourism Malaysia has launched its first campaign in Jordan this season, promoting Malaysia as a destination of choice in the Kingdom.

The award-winning “Malaysia Truly Asia” international tourism campaign has reached Jordan through the Malaysia Truly Asia brochure and will continue to be promoted throughout this year and the next, a statement from the agency said.

Tourism Malaysia has appointed ULead PR & Marketing to design, publish and market the brochure in Jordan, and specifically tailor it for the Jordanian market. The campaign will continue to be promoted in the Kingdom over a 9-month period which will continue until 2013.

It aims to promote Malaysia’s attractions based on the campaign’s 11-year continuing emphasis that the country has all of Asia’s varied aspects in one destination and draws attention to the exciting activities and beautiful nature of peninsular Malaysia, the statement said.

The brochure contains an abundance of information on five of Malaysia’s most popular cities which include Kuala Lumpur, the capital city; as well as Langkawi; Penang; Pahang and Perak and offers a range of packages available to Jordanians.

The Malaysia Truly Asia brochure has been distributed and is available free of charge at several local travel agencies and tour operators as well as prime spots in the Kingdom which include gyms, spas and beauty salons. – TradeArabia News Service
