Hong Kong, March 11, 2012
Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, has launched a Chocolate Indulgence weekend package priced from $1,733.2 for two, which invites chocolate lovers to enjoy a most relaxing and sensory weekend in the land of chocolate.
The package starts on a Friday night with specially created chocolate cocktails, enjoyed to the sounds of live jazz music in the hotel’s chic MO Bar, a statement from the hotel said.
After an overnight stay including breakfast in one of the hotel’s luxurious bedrooms overlooking the Rhône River and Geneva’s old town, guests will be ushered to the city’s renowned urban day spa, After the Rain.
Combining relaxation, with the powerful antioxidants of cocoa beans, the treatment includes a double chocolate cream massage followed by a chocolate and whipped cream bath designed to leave skin completely rehydrated, the statement said.
After an indulgent morning, guests can enjoy Lake Geneva’s shore or a stroll in the old town with its wide array of cosy cafes, world-class shops and architecture.
To end the day, a gastronomic dinner awaits at Le Sud, the hotel’s Paul Bocuse signature restaurant, and the dessert suggestion is a specially created chocolate cake by the hotel’s patissier, it said.
