Dubai Kempinski names new training manager

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates as appointed Jardine Ong as its new training manager within the hotel's Human Resources team.
With a career in human resources training and consultancy spanning seven years, Ong is expected to play an important role in fostering a healthy and productive employee culture as well as boosting effective performance within the organisation, a statement said.
“In a customer focused industry, attitude and skill play an equal role in making sure our employees offer our guests the best service possible,” said Alejandro Bernabé, general manager, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.
“This is where high level training, experience in customer service as well as in selling a product comes into play and this is a crucial skill to maintain one's competitiveness in the hospitality industry. We look forward to the level of insight Jardine will be able to provide to our team in this regard," he added.

Ong moves to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates from Azadea Group ‒ one of the leading retail franchise groups in the UAE ‒ where she served as a training manager since 2009.
Ong holds a Bachelors degree in science in Human Resource Development and several specialist trainer certifications including an internationally recognised DiSC Certification in Psychometric Behavioural Profiling. – TradeArabia News Service
