Warwick to manage third hotel in ME

Paris, December 1, 2011

Jordan-based Rafidain for Projects Development has selected Warwick International Hotels to operate a new hotel in the heart of Amman.

The Warwick Hotel Il Palazzo Amman will open on March 1, 2012. The hotel has 78 rooms on 6 floors, consisting of 46 standard rooms, 30 suites and 2 presidential suites.

The variety of food and wine offered will satisfy both local and international guests and will consist of Italian specialties, a wine bar which opens onto a terrace leading directly to the pool.

An all day restaurant and a Shisha bar are also available. A health & sports center will complement the additional services that will be offered by the hotel.

Located 45 minutes from Queen Alia International Airport and close to the business district, the Warwick Il Palazzo Amman will most suitably meet the needs of local, regional and international business travellers, a statement said.

The hotel will also feature a business centre and meeting room for up to 25 people.

After announcing earlier this year the Winter Valley Warwick Resort & Spa in Jordan, on the Dead Sea and the Warwick Pangéa Beach Resort & Spa in Beirut, Lebanon, Warwick International Hotels plans to continue expanding its locations in the Middle East.

WIH will establish a regional office in Beirut. This office will be directed by Jamal Serhan, recently appointed vice president and chief operating officer for WIH in the Middle East. – TradeArabia News Service
