Habtoor Hotels eyes 10pc rise in revenue

Dubai, December 1, 2011

Habtoor Hotels, which owns and operates four hotels in Dubai, has planned a growth of 10 per cent in revenue for 2012 and a 17 per cent increase in gross operating profit (GOP) over the current year.

Habtoor Hotels held its Financial Plan Year 2012 presentation to Khalaf Al Habtoor, chairman of Al Habtoor Group, and it’s vice-chairman and CEO Mohammed Al Habtoor and the Group directors yesterday (November 30).

The company's four hotels have achieved good results in 2011 and have maintained a robust market share this year, a statement said.

“We are pleased with Habtoor Hotels performance in 2010, and I am confident that our management will exceed our expectations in the coming year,” said Khalaf Al Habtoor.

“Dubai remains one of the most popular destinations in the world for all kinds of tourism and on the recent years for business tourism,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
