The St. Regis Doha is bringing together a team of highly-experienced hospitality experts to ensure that the new property offers the highest level of service when it opens at the end of 2011.

The St. Regis Doha will comprise 336 guest rooms including 70 suites and will also offer 5,000 sq m of meeting and conference space, a selection of exciting restaurants, lounges, and the Remede Spa with direct beach access when it opens in fourth quarter.

With high expectations for the new St. Regis Doha, the management team is being recruited from some of the finest hotels and hospitality companies in the world.

Claudia Venturini, the new director of sales and marketing, joins the St. Regis Doha from Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where she was most recently area director Sales and Marketing for Africa.

Her brief is to help ensure that guests from across the region understand the unique legacy and tradition of the St. Regis brand.

“We are aiming to make the St. Regis property ‘the finest address in Doha,’ with a host of luxurious features, and our communications programme will help bring our heritage and innovations to life for our guests,” said Venturini.
