Rotana to open 2 new hotels in Dubai

Rotana, a leading hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, is scheduled to open two new properties in Dubai in the third quarter of the year.

The five-star Al Khor Rayhaan by Rotana and the deluxe hotel apartments Al Khor Arjaan by Rotana will be a part of the new expansion of Al Ghurair Shopping complex, it said in a statement.

The Al Khor properties are located on the Riqqa Road in the heart of Deira in Dubai.

With the opening of both hotels, Rotana will be operating eight properties in the UAE under the Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana brand and three properties in the UAE under the alcohol free brand Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana.

“We are excited about the upcoming opening of our 15th Rotana property in Dubai which we are certain will meet the demands of guests seeking contemporary accommodation, convenience and paramount comfort,” said Omer Kaddouri, Rotana’s chief operating officer.

“The total number of 7,888 rooms managed by Rotana in the UAE only confirms Rotana’s strong dedication in delivering premium hospitality and services to provide guests with the ultimate choice for a complete accommodation experience,” he added.

“Al Khor Rayhaan by Rotana and Al Khor Arjaan by Rotana are first-class properties, which have been developed with leisure, corporate, long-term guests and families in mind.”

“The opening team, headed by general manager Mark McCarthy, is working hard to ensure all areas of the opening are perfected and ready to open on time in the third quarter of this year,” concluded Kaddouri.

Both properties feature the latest high-tech facilities including a wide choice of F&B venues, one ballroom, and six fully-equipped meeting rooms with the most up-to-date audio-visual equipment, the statement said.

Guests will have a chance to wind down and relax at any of the numerous leisure facilities that include Zen The Spa at Rotana, swimming pool, a fully-fledged fitness centre, in addition to steam, Jacuzzi, sauna and massage rooms, it added.
