The Address Downtown Dubai, the five-star premium hotel of The Address Hotels + Resorts, won two prestigious awards recently.

The property won the Best Serviced Residences and the Best Business Hotel at the 2010 Business Traveller Middle East Awards and the third annual Business Destinations Travel Awards, respectively.

The 63-storey hotel, the second tallest in the neighborhood, overlooks Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building; The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination; and The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain.
