Ritz-Carlton Bahrain names new GM

The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa has appointed Mark Neukomm as its new general manager, overseeing hotel’s operation, employee engagement, guest engagement and brand recognition.
Neukomm he will continue to establish the hotels prominent position within the local, regional and international market with an understanding of the needs of today’s luxury customer, a statement said.
Prior to his new appointment, Mark Neukomm was the general manager at the first Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Japan. The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka has received numerous awards both locally and internationally under his supervision, and is sought after as a model in the Japan’s service industry.
Neukomm is a native of Switzerland. He speaks fluent English, French, and Japanese in addition to German, his native language. – TradeArabia News Service
