Thai Airways International, which recently launched its first class service between Dubai and Bangkok, is offering special services for first class passengers on the route.
The Thai A340-600 first class cabin offers eight electronically controlled sleeper seats reclining to 180 degrees, with a pitch of 76 inches, complete with lumbar support and massage, leg and foot rest and personal stowage bin as well as almost seven feet of space in which to stretch out.
Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok, first class passengers from the Middle East will be met by ground staff and transported to the arrivals hall where they will be assisted through immigration and customs procedures.
Dedicated porters will also be on hand to escort passengers to waiting transportation.
Upon departure from Bangkok, first class passengers identifying themselves upon arrival curb side will be met by dedicated porters to assist with luggage, and guided to the first class check in lounge – no queuing necessary; passengers will sit in comfort and will be attended to by dedicated counter personnel, according to a statement.
From there, passengers will be transported through fast track immigration clearance procedures and taken directly to the first class lounge.
Thai’s Royal Orchid Lounges at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport offers facilities for relaxation, refreshment, entertainment and for work.
