Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has appointed Matthias Al-Amiry as hotel manager for its award winning Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh.

Al-Amiry joins Rosewood with 23 years of international hospitality experience; prior to his appointment in Riyadh he was resident manager for The Peninsula Manila Hotel.

Al-Amiry has held managerial positions with leading international five star hotels and brands across Europe, Asia and the United States including Ritz-Carlton, the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof in Frankfurt and the Raffles Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg.
