Al Khozama Management Company (AKMC), a leader in the development and management of commercial properties in Saudi Arabia, will showcase its Al Khozama-Madina Hotel, a boutique hotel at the ongoing Arabian Travel Market expo.
Al Khozama-Madina Hotel is strategically located on the western periphery of the Prophet’s Mosque in Al Madina Al Munawwara.
Set to open in the last quarter of 2009, Al Khozama-Madina offers tranquil and convenient access to Al Rawda Al Sharifa and the original mosque and its green dome, as well as a unique 24-hour butler service to the holy city, available to all 120 rooms and 20 suites.
Boasting the famed Al Khozama hospitality and an incredible attention to detail, the hotel provides rich imported fabrics and furnishings complemented with the latest hi-tech luxuries and a designer environment that offers a spectacular fusion of classic and contemporary.
The lobby welcomes guests with a soothing water-feature, custom-made marble and wood finishing. In the lavishly appointed rooms and suites, guests enjoy cutting-edge comforts and sophisticated amenities, such as LCD TV and touch-screen panels controlling the curtains, temperature and other services.
Other exemplary facilities within the hotel include hi-speed wireless Internet throughout the hotel, two restaurants, a round-the-clock lobby lounge, and 24-hour reception, concierge and room service.
“The Al Khozama-Madina Hotel is a unique addition to AKMC’s diverse portfolio, as it sets new standards for hospitality and ultimate luxury,” said Musaed Al Saeed, CEO of AKMC.
“It’s further evidence to our commitment to the development and management of prime properties in Saudi Arabia’s key cities.”
Al Khozama-Madina Hotel is owned by Al Attaz Group and the group owners’ representative Abu Bakr Ali Al Attaz believes that the investment and development of the hotel will help fulfill a number of organisational objectives.
“Our strategy is to provide exclusive hospitality services with the holy lands and Al Khozama-Madina Hotel is a starting point from a long-term investment perspective with a view to continue to expand our own hospitality offering,” said Al Attaz.
