Aqaar, a property development company in Ajman, and French hotel major Accor Hospitality have agreed to develop a world-class business hotel under Accor's famous Novotel brand, a report said.

The four-star Novotel Ajman will be part of Aqaar's 'Ajman 1' development, to be completed by 2011, according to the Gulf News report.

It will come up in Ajman city centre, close to the Ajman free zone and a short walk from Ajman beach. It will be situated a mere 20km from the Dubai International Airport and minutes from Sharjah.

The property will feature 200 rooms, restaurants, a wellness centre, conference facilities and swimming pool, said the report.
