Tour operators 'bowled over by Seven Seas Navigator'

Dubai, October 26, 2008

Local travel agents got a taste of elite cruise vacation during a tour of Seven Seas Navigator, the 490-guest, 'All-suite' cruise liner of Regent Seven Seas Cruises when it recently docked at Dubai’s Port Rashid.

The tour was organised by Cruise Master Middle East (www.cruisemaster-me.com/rssc) which specialises in outbound cruise market.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) operates the world’s only All-suite, All-balcony cruise ships: the 700-guest sister ships Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner as well as the all-suite Seven Seas Navigator.

RSSC offers the largest lead-in suites in the cruise industry, measuring 356 sq. ft. (on Seven Seas Voyager).

These standard suite accommodations include a private balcony, walk-in closet and marble-appointed bathroom with full size tub and separate shower stall.

The ships of Regent Seven Seas Cruises offer voyages of exploration and discovery to more than 300 ports on seven continents, including Antarctica.

'These luxury vessels are designed for guests numbering in hundreds, rather than thousands. The ambiance on board is personal, individual, accommodating - 'upscale but not uptight,' said a Cruise Master ME official.

And all ships share certain distinctions in accommodations, service, dining and amenities that elevate them to the lofty vantage point of our enviable six stars, he noted.

“We are delighted with this opportunity to showcase Seven Seas Navigator to the travel trade,” said Ashok Kumar of Cruise Master Middle East.

“This is the first time that agents got an opportunity to tour a Regent Seven Sea cruise ship. We are sure the trip gave them a first-hand feel of the vessel, and this will enable them to sell a Regent Seven Seas Cruise vacation more effectively,” added Kumar.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises is recognized as one of the world's premier luxury lines with features such as 6-star, all-suite, all-balcony ships and superior space and service ratios.

Chosen as the world's top-rated cruise line six times by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazines, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has earned a leadership role in the 6-star cruise industry.

Their fleet of luxury ships provides a limited number of guests the highest standard of cruising excellence combined with exciting opportunities for discovery around the world.-TradeArabia News Service
