Tatweer, Elie Saab to develop Signature hotels

Tatweer, a member of Dubai Holding, on Monday announced a strategic agreement with world renowned Lebanese designer Elie Saab to develop signature hotels in the region.
The duo will start with the building of an exclusive Dh600 million ($163.3 million) hotel in The Tiger Woods Dubai bearing Elie Saab’s name and reflecting his unique style.
Overlooking the world’s first Tiger Woods designed golf course, the 360,000 sq ft luxury boutique hotel will include 89 suites and 14 bungalows in sizes varying from 1,600-9,500 sq. ft.
The hotel will target top-tier clientele and will boast a 10,000 sq. ft. swimming pool, as well as one of Dubai’s most exquisite spas.
Saeed Al Muntafiq, executive chairman, Tatweer, said the company has once again demonstrated its leading status in the leisure and hospitality industries by partnering with globally renowned elite brands for its mega developments.
It is indeed no coincidence that the world’s first golf course designed by the world number one golfer Tiger Woods in Dubailand will host the first hotel to be designed by the world’s top designer Elie Saab, he noted.

This high-end property will integrate contemporary design elements which reflect Tatweer’s commitment towards creating uniquely inspired hotels and signature developments in the region,” he added.
