Cinnovation Group has unveiled plans for Space, a luxury four-star business hotel project in Jebel Ali Down Town.

The announcement was made following the acquisition of a prime plot of land in the Jebel Ali Downtown development on the Sheikh Zayed Road.

The site will be utilised for the Dh200 million ($54.4 million) project comprising  162 standard rooms and 24 business suites spread over 20 floors.
