Palm Aviation in deal with EAG

Palm Aviation has signed a contract with Empire Aviation Group (EAG) for regional ground handling services.
Under the agreement, Palm Aviation will provide ground handling services and logistical support to all EAG flights, including fuelling and permissions, the company saidi in a statement.
The contract was signed by Empire Aviation Group Chief Executive Officer Paras Dhamecha and Palm Aviation Executive Vice-President and Chief Executive Officer Samer Dabbagh.
“Empire Aviation Group is delighted to sign this service contract with Palm Aviation; it is an important agreement and supports the development of our charter business, operating from Dubai International,” said Dhamecha.
Palm Aviation is internationally certified to obtain global over-flight and landing permits, in addition to global fuelling and ground handling, weather forecasts, computerised flight plans, and ATC flight plans.
Empire Aviation group was awarded an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) by the GCAA in the UAE earlier this month and began flight operations with two privately-managed business jets – a Falcon 900EX Easy and a Hawker 850XP. The company expects to add two Hawker 800XPs to the fleet, within the first month of operations, and expects the fleet increase to six aircraft by the end of 2007.
Launched in July this year, EAG offers a broad portfolio of aviation services, including aircraft sales, aircraft charter, air ambulance services, aircraft management, aircraft financing and Insurance. – Trade Arabia News Service
