Dusit is set to enter the rapidly expanding residence/serviced apartment segment of the hospitality industry as part of an expansion program.

Projects are currently underway in Thailand and the Middle East.

In the Middle East, several agreements are scheduled to be confirmed in May as part of this expansion, the group said.
