Coldwell Banker offers India properties

Coldwell Banker UAE is now offering a diverse portfolio of properties across India to all Indian residents in the UAE.

Partnered with key developers such as Tata Housing, Emaar MGF, Unitech, RNA Corp, Vatika Group, Vijay Associates and Acem group, this venture allows the brokerage to showcase a variety of properties in major cities across India, said a statement.

Coldwell Banker held its second Indian property investment summit in Dubai on May 24, inviting potential NRI (Non Resident Indian) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of Indian Origin) investors residing in Dubai. Developments in Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Gujarat were showcased at the event.
