Nine companies under the umbrella of RACE (Rhônes – Alpes Cutting Edge), a special cluster for cutting-edge energy, oil and gas and renewable energy companies in France, will be participating as exhibitors at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (Adipec) next month.

The event will be held from November 7 to 10 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (Adnec), Abu Dhabi.

The French companies will take part in Adipec in collaboration with Business France, the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy.

This is the first time that RACE takes part in this global event. RACE Cluster is an organisation that unites more than 50 cutting-edge companies operating in the field of energy. It allows companies addressing the same markets with complementary technologies to develop synergies by offering more innovative, competitive and packaged solutions in offshore and onshore energy.

The nine RACE companies that are exhibiting their products and services at Adipec this year are keen to develop strong business relationships with their counterparts and potential partners in the region and the oil and gas industry and to offer them innovative solutions that would enable them to meet the challenges of today’s tough climate backed by expertise, the right technical skills and  the capacity for innnovation.

The companies participating in the exhibition are:
•    Easy Skill, an international and innovative consulting company specialising in the oil and gas, mining, energy and infrastructure sectors;
•    Pyrocontrole, an organisation specialised in temperature measurement in industrial environments, that designs new high-accuracy temperature sensors for severe environments every day;

•    2B1ST Consulting, a company specialised in consulting, data processing and services for the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors;
•    Teclis Scientific, a pioneer and leader in foam, surfactant and molecule characterization providing a full range of solutions from scientific consulting, laboratory services and analytical instruments for R&D teams in chemistry, enviroment and life sciences sectors.
•    Drillscan, an independent company that offers unique business solutions for improving drilling performance: drilling software, well engineering services and R&D oil and gas laboratory;
•    Curistec performs conventional cement-system testing according to API/ISO methods to measure slurry density, thickening time, rheology, fluid loss, stability, SGS, compressive strength, mechanical properties;
•    Technogenia, leader in high-performance tungsten carbide-based anti-wear hardfacing products, the best solution for effectively eliminating the abrasion problems; and
•    Xamen, an innovative company specialised in design and manufacture of Atex unmanned aircraft in strict compliance with the legislation of the industry.
