Dow Oil & Gas, a business unit of Dow Chemical Company, will showcase its broad portfolio of solutions for exploration, production and enhanced oil recovery at the ongoing 'Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference' (Adipec).

The oil and gas industry event, which opened on Monday at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, will run till November 4.

Dow Oil & Gas also plans to introduce its newest offerings - the Embark line for exploration, the Accent line for production, and the Elevate line for enhanced oil recovery at its stand, said a top official.

On the new products, Arnold said the Embark Rheology Modifier has been designed to protect equipment and enhance drilling operations in high-temperature, high-pressure drilling environments, serving to increase production and reduce operating costs.

The Accent traditional and traceable scale inhibitors are innovative polymers designed to help assure flow cost effectively in producing wells.

Elevate CO2 enhanced oil recovery (EOR) conformance solution has been designed to help producers reach and recover more oil from existing wells, while simultaneously reducing operating expenditures and overcoming well-known challenges associated with CO2 EOR.
