Bahrain-based multi-utility services firm Energy Central Company has appointed three new divisional heads to streamline operations in the areas of finance, operations and business development.

Denver Brown has been appointed as director of projects and engineering with responsibilities to oversee all ongoing and upcoming utility projects.

Maurizio Fenderico has been appointed acting chief financial officer, in which capacity, he will provide leadership with respect to the accounting and control as well as "business partnering" functions.

Greg Garner has been appointed director of business development, besides being in charge of corporate services.
