Taameer Jordan Holdings (TJH), has signed an agreement with Central Gas, to supply the Andalusia with the natural liquid gas techniques.

In accordance with the initiative, the first-of-its-kind in Jordan, TJH will construct a network to deliver gas to all villas in Al Andalucia project throughout a central distribution station.

The agreement was signed by Aref Al-Taher executive vice president of engineering at TJH, and engineer Sami Zreikat general director of the Central Gas Company.

Al Taher said he was committed to provide top quality services and facilities in Al Andalucia project.

'This emanates from our dedication to make Al Andalucia the role model gated community in Jordan. This agreement is one of many that we signed with national and international companies to operate the project,' he noted.

“Logically phasing out the domestic gas cylinders, the service shall necessarily reduce cost by 50 per cent, in comparison with the traditional heating systems. It is also environmentally friendly and offers safety and comfort for the respective users”.

Al Andalucia is the first residential city that features the “gated community” in Jordan.  Only 15 minutes away from the 7th circle in Amman towards Queen Alia International Airport, the city is built on a land total area of 800.000 sq m. The project consists of 570 villas of 10 different designs.
