Hyundai launches application for MEA market
DUBAI, June 25, 2015
Hyundai Motor Company, a leading multinational automotive manufacturer, said the Middle East and Africa (MEA) will be the first region to launch a new application which will enable customers to gain fast and easy access to its services on the go.
Once downloaded via the Play Store or App Store, the Hyundai Service Guide application allows users to take advantage of a whole host of helpful services at the touch of a button, said a statement from the company.
The Hyundai application is one of the only automotive brands to offer a test drive booking facility and also alerts the user of required vehicle checks while providing up to date model information, it said.
Additional offerings include dealer location services, road side assistance, direct service centre contact and an owner's manual in addition to enabling optimised management of vehicles through a maintenance function, said the statement.
Hyundai said the application is available on Android and iOS in 14 MEA markets.
The new service highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its customer-oriented services and providing advanced technologies for stability and the ultimate driving experience, it said.
