Bahrain’s Jawad Business Group, official partners for Chinese brand JAC Motors in the kingdom, yesterday (March 16) welcomed the president of the automobile company on his first visit.

An Jin's visit comes as recognition of the growing presence of JAC Bahrain, capped by its peak performance last year, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

Jin expressed his appreciation for JAC Bahrain's outstanding performance and his confidence in the increasing popularity of JAC within Bahrain and the region in the coming years.

During his visit, Jin also met Chinese Ambassador and local company officials.

JAC was launched in December 2012 in Bahrain and quickly went on to become the largest selling Chinese brand of vehicles in the kingdom last year.

JAC Bahrain now offers a full range of JAC vehicles from sedan cars to light duty trucks.

The flagship model JAC J5 has been a great success due to its performance and value for money.

JAC minibus Refine is widely used by commercial customers for both the passenger vehicle segment and for commercial cargo.

There are currently several new models of JAC including the Mini SUV S3, which will be launched in the second half of the year.

The JAC SUV S3 was a huge success in China with 900 units being sold in one day and 10,000 units per month.

Other new models include JAC J4 Sedan 1.5L automatic transmission and JAC Refine M5 Automatic transmission family and passenger vehicle models.
