UAE-based Enoc Lubricants is showcasing its latest environment-friendly product, an additive that can improve fuel efficiency at the ongoing Abu Dhabi International Motor Show.

Based on low sulfated ash and phosphorous sulphur (SAPS) additive technology, Protec X-treme Energy 5W 30 offers higher fuel efficiency and better engine performance over mineral oils for new generation vehicles, plus superior environment-friendly characteristics, a statement said.

The low SAPS oil is fully synthetic and can be used in engines running on petrol, diesel, CNG and LPG, it added.

"Enoc places great emphasis on corporate social responsibility and is committed to producing products and services that contribute to the UAE’s sustainability initiatives,” said Saeed Abdullah Khoory, Enoc Group chief executive.

“Our latest eco-friendly product is meant to address energy and environmental concerns, ensure better health for vehicle engines, and contribute to lessening global warming and other environmental issues.”
