Hertz UAE tops mystery shopper survey

Hertz UAE was ranked number one in a mystery shopper survey of car rental companies conducted by leading travel magazine – Arabian Travel News and Ethos Consultancy based in Dubai.

The mystery shoppers rated Hertz on a number of points including outlet appearance, was it easy to find, were the outlets clean and tidy, were the employees well-groomed, were the name tags clearly visible, how long it took for the customer to be served, and the overall customer experience, amongst others.

Hertz came out top in all categories with 91 per cent score.

“We strongly believe our people are our biggest assets and continue to provide them with the necessary skill sets and autonomy to achieve greater customer service,” said Nigel Johnson, general manager – Hertz UAE.

The article in ATN had special mention for Vince Fernandes an employee at Hertz (Radisson Hotel, West Tower, Media City) who provided “detailed, structured information to his customers leaving them completely satisfied.”

Vince was able to ask “the right questions to establish his customer’s needs, provided a brochure including pricing as well as promotion details.”-TradeArabia News Service
